Kusum Prakashan Refund and Return Policy
1. Damaged Items:
– We accept returns and provide refunds only for books that arrive damaged or with damaged packaging.
– Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
– Photographic evidence of the damage is required.
2. Return Process:
– Contact our customer service team with order details and photos of the damage.
– If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label.
– Return the item in its original condition within 14 days of approval.
3. Refunds:
– Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
– The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Damaged Items:
– We do not accept returns or provide refunds for non-damaged items.
– All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
5. Exceptions:
– No returns or refunds will be processed without prior authorization.
